We offer three ways to experience guided meditation - group sessions for community connection, private 1:1 sessions for personalized guidance, and custom events for your special gatherings.

What to Bring

What NOT to Bring

  • ✗ Expectations of "perfect" meditation

  • ✗ Heavy meal (eat light 2 hours before)

Preparation Tips
